Jennifer Dumont is a JMG Specialist at Windham High School with over a decade of experience supporting students in developing the skills needed for success in school, career, and life. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and Literature from Gordon College and a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University, with additional studies in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
Jennifer is a fellow in the Maine Impact Education Fellows Program and actively contributes to student-centered, equity-driven initiatives as a Can We? Project Liaison, Civil Rights Team Advisor, and JMG Leadership Council member. Her work is grounded in fostering inclusive classrooms and supporting the whole student through meaningful relationships, reflection, and real-world learning.
Outside the classroom, Jennifer is an avid hiker, passionate reader, and proud mom to three daughters.
